Learn and perfect your dribbling, shooting and passing skills! This class is for all levels and will work to strengthen your soccer player’s accuracy and endurance needed in this fast paced sport!

Titans Track program is designed to introduce kids to competing in track events and strengthening their endurance as an athlete. We will cover basic principles of running and sportsmanship behaviors while working on our speed, agility, and conditioning!

We will harness and sharpen our volleyball skills through drills and circuits, building the fundamentals necessary in the game on and off court!
