TX Youth Track

Does your child love to run? Do they want to improve in every sport including Cross Country, Track & Field, Soccer and other sports? This after school Track class will help young athletes build strong foundations through hands on training that focuses on running, speed, agility, strength, flexibility, and endurance. Coaches will guide students using running and field events. helping them develop confidence, teamwork, and mental toughness. This program builds the skills young athletes need to stay active, get fit, and improve performance while attempting to reach their full athletic potential.
